Affordable Housing Study
The County is conducting a three-year study to create a shared community vision for affordable housing in Arlington. This effort will update housing principles, goals, targets, strategies and priorities for affordable housing.
Housing on Columbia Pike
The Columbia Pike Neighborhoods Area Plan is the County’s most ambitious long-term planning effort to preserve affordable housing. It will also preserve historic sites, improve buildings and public spaces, create walkable and bike-friendly spaces and support a future streetcar line.
