Affordable Housing Master Plan

The Affordable Housing Master Plan (AHMP) defines the County’s affordable housing policy and enables Arlington to respond to the current and future needs of residents of all levels of income in the County. The Columbia Pike Neighborhoods Area Plan is the County’s most ambitious long-term planning effort to preserve affordable housing. It will also preserve historic sites, improve buildings and public spaces, create walkable and bike-friendly spaces and support a future streetcar line.
